Nutritionist, mum, and lunchbox lover at heart
Hi, I'm Bec - a degree qualified nutritionist and mum to two extroverted, bubbly little humans. I've always been passionate about helping children build positive, confident relationships with food, and there's nothing better than watching a child open their lunchbox and light up - seeing colour, variety, and little moments of happiness packed inside. Like so many parents, I wanted lunchboxes to feel balanced and nourishing without the daily overwhelm - so I created a solution that I hope helps others.
